Soul Food is a term used for an ethnic cuisine, food traditionally prepared and eaten by                                  African Americans of the Southern United States.

Join us for a program honoring Black History Month while the food is being judged. Prizes will be awarded for the best dishes!

The dishes will be available to sample after judging–while they last.

Entries must be delivered to Hernando Public Library by 5:30 pm on the day of the contest.

Download a copy of the entry form here.
(Forms will also be available at the library front desk)
