Summer Reading Program 2021 – June 1-July 31

Welcome to the  2021 Summer Reading Program!
We will be offering many virtual programs, and some outside programs as well!
Like every summer, our goal is to encourage our communities to READ EVERY DAY!

Challenge yourself
Join our Summer Reading Challenge: aim to read every day!

Let us know you are up for the challenge! You may tell us on Facebook, on the phone with a staff member, when you visit the library, drop us a note in a bookdrop-anything!

Read alone, to a child or pet, or with a friend! Read anything, anywhere, all summer long, every day!

Talk about great books, websites, magazines, comic books, and more with a friend, colleague, or library staff member. We will be providing many opportunities to share this summer.

This summer, we will be offering great programs for ALL AGES.

This summer, most First Regional Library Events will be VIRTUAL PROGRAMS shared through Zoom. All events are free and open to everyone.

Our branches will also be hosting activities like StoryWalks, chalk art, scavenger hunts, Carpool Cinema, and more!

Join us virtually for many of your favorite summer programs:  live animals, magicians, performing arts, science experiments, and more!

Each week, we will be presenting virtual storytimes with your favorite First Regional Library storytellers!
We can’t wait to share stories, crafts, songs, and fun with you!
